How much do we rely on textures and colours?   I am interested in how we perceive our world with our eyes. We recognise objects by their  colors, shades, textures and shapes , but how much do we rely on colors and shades?  Abnormally White  studies this issue with common fruits and vegetables. By blocking  colors  and  shades,  do we still think they are delicious? Or do we even know them at all?
